Something we are passionate about here at ACD Pest Control is that education and research is a key part of the pest control role… not only does this allow us to explain to customers what we do and why, it allows us to share our knowledge and answer queries we receive confidently, using current guidance and latest techniques throughout the work we undertake.
We were therefore extremely excited (yes, we really do find nature that interesting!) to see a new documentary released recently by National Geographic entitled ‘Secrets of the Bees’ which shares some absolutely fascinating bee facts and footage, including the small but mighty honey bee, one of natures most incredible insects!
Although we do not treat honey bee nests we can offer guidance regarding what to do if you suspect you have a honey bee nest, including visiting to confirm if it is honey bees you have (to the untrained eye wasps can look similar to honey bees), through to recommendations on who to contact if honey bees need to be relocated.
As with anything in life, each day brings a new opportunity to learn and develop our skills and knowledge and pest control is ever-evolving, from changes to regulations and products – to specialist equipment new to the market. Our aim is to continually research and invest in high quality products and equipment to enable us to provide the highest level of pest control service possible.
So if you are looking for advice and guidance regarding a pest problem you have, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can share our knowledge with you too!!
