When things went ‘bump in the night’ at this house in Berkeley we were called in to investigate.
The first step in identifying what is causing a noise disturbance inside a property is looking for evidence and we didn’t have to look too far in this case… a quick peek into the loft told us all we needed to know as it was littered with rat droppings throughout, a sure sign that rats have made this house their home.
